When you look at all the games coming (the known ones) from now to the end of 09' you can see that this gen is right at the threashold of it's peak...
I think from early on 2010' you will see the peak,and even then some games throughout 10' squeek out even more juice...
At about that time we will also be hearing all about the next,next gen systems...
But nope,the peak is smack dab in the getting going phase as of now IMO...
Possibly an option for both camps? Does that want Co-op can play in this mode, and those that don't can play in the mode we know of at this point?

Been doing CG in the movies industry and the games industry for almost 20 years now. From what I see this "could" be target renders... But actual "in-game assets" without doubt...

I recall the original way back in 97' I believe. It "for it's time". was the best game I played at that point.

I love the "realistic toon" caricature style. And now with the next gen extras like better physics,higher levels of A.I.,and all in HD glory, I think this series can take off the way it was originally conceived to be. I always thought the first game was a little too soon for it's time.... Kind of ahead of it's time....

And BG&E2 actually being announced shows me that "dreams actually do come true"...

The best insight I can give you would be to have a kick arse portfolio... With this everything "should" fall into place...
I can go on and on about the in's and out's. Lots depends on exactly what you are about as an artist...
The basic answer to get you started would be for you to build a portfolio. Show only you're best work,and the work you would be most interested in doing for specific jobs...

I believe that one of those 3 unannounced games will be Avatar....The James Cameron movie coming in late 09'... UBI have acquired the rights to Avatar last year, with CEO Yves Guillemot suggesting the game would be a "unique interactive experience"...
And if dreams do come true,then a new BG&E2 along with a new Rayman 4 would be almost too good to be true...

I think the new "Prince of Persia" game will be a sleeper hit! Sure probably will not get game of the year in most books,but still something special none the less...
Little BIG Planet is my most anticipated game,and not just this year,but in years and years.
I think Gears 2 will be off the charts in an overall experience.
Banjo also looks to be much more in-depth,and shows lots of potential to expand gaming experiences.

I loved the ambiance and style of ICO,and with SOTC the boss battles....I would hope for a ICO game,with SOTC boss battles sprinkled in. Questing,puzzle solving,jumping action and adventure,some "stealth added in perhaps?"A few minor battles,with improved (eye candy and A.I. shadow creatures perhaps? With boss battles mixed in here and there...

When I hear that their "could" be a couple more 360 exclusives I basically jump up and down with joy... Same as I did a week or so ago when I heard their are a coupld up-coming major hitters coming for the PS3...
I quess the ones that hate,are the 1 console owners? The ones that cannot afford another console? They hate the thought of missing out,so they knock other consoles.
